Did you try lots of diets and still need to lose a good 15 pounds fast? Well, this little trick you probably haven’t tried, but it works wonders! (It’s not a diet, nor an exercise program).

What I’m talking about is detoxification. Yep, it sounds really weird and wacky, but don’t discredit it so quickly. If you’ve tried all kinds of other things, and still need help loosing weight, you just might be surprised at how well this works!

Here’s the scoop. Inside your gut there lives many different organisms. Some are very helpful to you and others make you heavy, crave food, low in energy, and simply unhealthy.

In order to lose weight quickly, all you have to do is detoxify your body of these harmful organisms. (You need to get rid of them anyway to be healthy. They’re harmful to your body, really).

These little pesky critters get into your intestines thru food, water, and probably even the air you breath. A huge number of people in the nation have these little buggers. No wonder sixty-eight percent of the population needs to lose weight! These little guys make your body crave food. So once they’re gone, the weight tends to shed off quite quickly and sometimes in huge portions.

Getting rid of those little buggers isn’t hard. You don’t need special foods or intense exercise regimes. Its so simple in fact, most diet companies probably would rather you not know how to do it. If you did, you likely wouldn’t need their services.

Once you take the simple steps to get them gone, you will find you have so much more energy, less weight, and less of a tendency to gain weight as well!

When you’re planning and hosting a party, figuring out what to serve can be a dilemma. Whether it’s an all-out dinner or not, snack foods of some kind are usually expected.

What you need are a range of hostess snack ideas to always have at hand, so you can choose from your list quickly whenever you have a get together. Try out a few of these and write your favorites down on a list.

Just remember to store your list in the same place you keep all your other recipes. That way, you won’t lose it and find yourself desperate for ideas.

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip - Serve this at your party and it will go fast! It goes best with either crackers, tortilla chips, French bread, or even carrot sticks or some other dipping veggies. Please note that although some variations of this snack call for nuts, you’ll be safest to avoid nuts; you never know who much have an allergic reaction.

- 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped and well-drained - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded. (Low-fat is OK, avoid nonfat because it won’t melt well) - 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated - 1 garlic clove, minced - 1 cup mayonnaise

Preheat your oven to 275 degrees. Mix up all the listed ingredients in an oven-safe dish (decorative baking dish will do fine). Bake for 45 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbling. Warn your guests, it’s hot!

Sandwich Loaf: A hostess snack standard from the seventies, this main dish always impresses people at a luncheon!

- 1 big loaf of fresh white bread - 3 sandwich fillings, your choice — you might prefer egg salad, ham salad, etc. You can also use thin slices of deli meats. - 1/4 cup of margarine, softened - 2 packages of cream cheese, softened - 1/2 cup of half and half

Trim away the crusts from the loaf so that they are rectangular in shape. Cut this horizontally into four big slices.

Butter one side of a slice of bread, then lay it face-up on the serving plate. Add the sandwich filling, spreading evenly.

Continue adding layers of buttered bread and sandwich fillings. Now you mix together the half and half and the cream cheese to make a frosting. Thickly frost the loaf.

Add garnishes of parsley, then slice vertically to create individual servings.

Have fun at your party, and good luck creating the best hostess snack!
